Terms of service

Last updated 2026-09-10. Draft pending legal review. These terms govern use of shill.family by creators and advertisers.

1. Accounts

You sign in with a Solana wallet. The wallet you sign in with is the wallet that receives payouts. You are responsible for its security. You may connect one X account and one TikTok account. An account may be connected to only one wallet.

2. Creators

You may join campaigns and post content that includes the campaign's markers and the required disclosure tag. You represent that content is your own, complies with X's and TikTok's rules, and does not use artificial engagement. Rewards are computed under the published settlement rules. A 20% holdback is retained until campaign close and may be reduced for fraud.

3. Advertisers

You fund campaigns in USDC. You may approve or reject posts under the campaign rules. Fees are the published creation fee and 10% of settled rewards, reserved at funding. Unspent pool and unused reserve are refunded to the depositing wallet at close. We may refuse or pause campaigns that fail vetting.

4. Prohibited conduct

Artificial engagement, multiple accounts, undisclosed promotion, promoting assets that fail vetting, and any attempt to manipulate settlement.

5. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee views, engagement, uptime, or the conduct of X, TikTok, Solana, or any third party. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees you paid us in the preceding three months.
